Sure, you can upgrade and downgrade your plan and on the next billing period you will be charged the conditions of the new plan. A downgrade will only be possible, if the amount of users doesn’t exceed the plan conditions.
You can cancel your contract at any time and you can keep using the system until the end of the billing period.
Currently we don’t provide Service Level Agreements but please contact our support to find a suitable solution for you.

Invoices are standardised, but if you have special requirements, please send your request to the support and we will analyze the options.
Hello Today uses the payment provider Stripe.com for simple and fast online payment. Your payment method will be charged monthly and as an administrator you can download the invoices inside the application
Users with the role administrator can change all emails of the users in the application.
We are using Hello Today ourselves and bugs probably get discovered and fixed before you experience them. We are working in an agile setup and frequently roll out new features. For detailed information please contact our support.
